Scream

The heart screams

But no one to hear

The pain is left

For me to bear

The darkness shadows

All around

I am blind

In broad daylight

The road is empty

No signs anywhere

Need to finish the journey

All by myself

Destiny is near

Yet so far

The clock ticks

But the time isn’t right

Future, present or past

None of them matter

I am left with nothing

But just me

The screaming has stopped

Now the silence speaks

Still no one to hear

Still I am not free
